Terms & conditions.

  1. Recycle Garments is an initiative campaign to be implemented in 64 Big Bazaar stores, 2 Hypercity Stores and 27 fbb stores (hereinafter referred as “stores”) across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Kolkata, Chennai, Lucknow, Meerut, Delhi, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon, and Faridabad for recycling clothes.
  2. This campaign is valid in select stores from 22nd March to 31st March 2019 (campaign period) only.
  3. Customer can bring and donate as many clothes used during Holi (hereinafter referred as “ clothes”) as he/she wishes. The clothes to be washed and in completely dry condition.
  4. Customer will be eligible to get Rs. 100 cashback per piece of cloth in his/her Future Pay Big Bazaar wallet, upto a maximum of Rs. 200 cashback during the entire campaign period for two or more pieces of clothes
  5. In store clothes will be accepted at the baggage counter. Baggage counter authorities will provide receipt of clothes which include date, customer name, mobile number and no. of clothes received from customer.
  6. Customer needs to download the Future Pay App on mobile from Play store/App store or by giving a missed call on 8010-350-000 and register with the mobile number given at the time of generating baggage counter receipt.
  7. Cashback in Future Pay wallet will only be given on the mobile number provided by customer after depositing the clothes
  8. In case if customer is unable to use Future Pay App due to mobile phone limitation, purchase voucher/credit note will be generated with a permission from Store Manager. Once the transaction is complete, customer will receive a SMS on his/her registered mobile number.
  9. Cashback in Future Pay wallet can only be redeemed at Big Bazaar, Food Bazaar, fbb, Hypercity and e-zone
  10. The cashback in Future Pay wallet cannot be transferred to another wallet (non-transferable)
  11. Future Pay terms and conditions shall also apply to the cashback given in Future Pay wallet
  12. Future Retail Limited (FRL) will not be collecting any cash/ cheque contributions during the campaign. However, any queries regarding the same will be re-directed to Goonj’s website www.goonj.org or Goonj’s official landlines +91-11-41401216, 26972351.
  13. Implementation:
    • GOONJ will be solely responsible for reaching recycled material to the implementation areas as per its norms.
    • Any potentially harmful/damaged item or material picked up will not be distributed.
    • All such articles will be discarded and GOONJ or FRL will not be responsible or be held liable for any such untoward incidents that may arise from the drive.
  14. Any disputes should be referred to the Future Retail Limitedat the call centre number or email mentioned below and the decision of Future Retail Limited (Company) will be final & binding.
  15. Dispute, if any, is subject to jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai only
  16. Company reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms & conditions applicable to this offer at any time or suspend the offer completely in its sole discretion
  17. Unlawful modification or abuse of the campaign offer is prohibited
  18. Company reserves the right to disqualify any person/ voucher from the benefits of the offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified
  19. Participation in the campaign is purely voluntary & not binding on customers and by participating in the Campaign, customer agrees to remain bound by the terms and conditions of the campaign as modified from time to time by FRL in its sole discretion.
