      KOSH OATS: DOSA

      Makes 6-8 dosas

      INGREDIENTS

      • 120 gms ready thick dosa batter
      • 1/7th cup/15 gms Instant Oats
      • A pinch of salt
      • 55 ml water when dosa batter is very thick
      • 100 ml oil for cooking

      METHOD

      • Mix dosa batter, instant oats, salt, water to make a batter. Rest it for 10 minutes till the oats soften up and mix well with the batter.
      • Take a dosa tawa and heat it. Pour 1-2 ladels of dosa batter in a circular fashion and cook till brown at the bottom.
      • Flip the dosa, cook the other side till non sticky and fold the dosa.
      • Serve with coconut chutney and sambhar.
