Ingredients - - 1 cup chana boiled - 1 potato boiled & cubed - ¼ cup green chutney - 1 cup moong sprouts - ½ cup tamarind chutney - 1 cup curd - sprinkle red chilli powder - sprinkle jeera powder - 1 onion finely chopped - 1 tomato finely chopped - ½ cup sev - few coriander leaves - sprinkle chaat masala - sprinkle salt - Red Channa Atta ( Desi Atta Company ) Method - - Mix all the chat ingredients together and keep the chat filling ready. - To create the tokri, take Red Chana Atta by Desi Atta and mix it with maida. - Add spices such as turmeric, red chilli and salt and water - Mix it well and create the dough and knead it. - Roll the dough and slice it in length. - Set the tokri and deep fry it. - Mount the tokri with the chat filling and garnish it well.
