How to Redeem Holiday Voucher?
- Please visit at http://click2redeem.com on or before the submission date to redeem the holiday voucher.
- Please register yourself with Code, Coupon Number and Contact Details.
- After registration, please submit your preferred destinations and check-in dates in the online Booking Request Form.
- Please courier original holiday voucher, printout of booking form and other required documents (if any) at the mentioned address in the booking form.
- Please read “Offer Information” and “Terms & Conditions” carefully for details.

- Last Submission Date: 30th November'2019 and Hotel Expiry Date: 31st January 2020
- Complimentary Accommodation: 3 Days/2 Nights. Globally 3 Days/2 Nights stay means 2 Nights stay, at any one of the hotel/resort with standard check-in & check-out timings. e.g., if you check in on 1st September, your check out date will be 3rd September. Generally check-in & check-out timings are 12:00 noon but it can be ± 2 hours depends on hotel's policy.

Terms & Conditions to redeem Holiday Voucher
- Future Retail Limited (”Company”) is offering 3 Days/ 2 Nights Holiday Voucher of CHPL (“Holiday Voucher”) to its all individual end-Customers after purchasing of Trolly Bags & Luggage worth `5000/- or more from Big Bazaar Stores during the offer period from 15th May 2019 to 26th May 2019 or till stock lasts anywhere in India. This offer is not valid for channel partners (Stores, Stores Managers, Outlet, Dealers, Sales Executives and employees of the Company).
- The Holiday Voucher entitles the Customer to a complimentary accommodation for a couple and two children (upto 8 years of age) at any one of the hotel or resort mentioned herein. This offer is valid for residents of India aged 18 and above.
- The Customer must submit his/her preferences for hotel booking along-with original Holiday Voucher latest by submission date as mentioned herein. In order to redeem the Holiday Voucher, the Customer must give thirty (30) days advance notice (subject to maximum 90 days) with three (3) different destinations and three (3) optional check-in dates, keeping in mind the hotel expiry date. Further, the Customer must maintain a minimum of seven (7) days gap between all the preferred check-in dates.
- Only duly completed printout of Booking Request Form along with original Holiday Voucher shall be entertained. No booking on fax, phone or email will be accepted. All bookings are subject to availability. Please refer List of Hotels/Resorts mentioned herein to check destination-wise available months to give booking dates. The offer does not include the period of dussehra / diwali holidays and 24th December to 2nd January. All required documents related to hotel booking should be sent to Countrywide Holidays Pvt. Ltd., 205, Chiranjiv Tower, 43 Nehru Place, New Delhi-110019 (India).
- On receiving the Customer's duly filled printout of Booking Request Form along-with original Holiday Voucher & photocopy of Product Invoice, the Customer shall be informed by email for the availability of the destination and asked to pay the Utility Charges, which should be payable within five (5) days from the date of sending the confirmation by CHPL for available destination. This Utility Charges should be paid through a Demand Draft/ At Par Cheque in favour of Countrywide Holidays Pvt. Ltd., payable at New Delhi.
- Only on receiving the Utility Charges, CHPL shall issue the Letter of Confirmation for the Hotel Accommodation in the Name of the Customer. Details of the hotel, destination and check-in date will be mentioned therein. This Letter of Confirmation shall reach the Customer ten (10) days prior to the confirmed check-in date. CHPL reserves the right to alter dates & hotels, in case of non-availability. Customer shall not have the right to amend or change the dates once booked from his/her preferences and/or the Letter of Confirmation has been issued.
- The Customers must carry the Letter of Confirmation and produce the same at the time of check-in at the Hotel. Failure to produce the Letter of Confirmation shall disqualify the Customer and the Customer shall not be entitled for the complimentary stay.
- The Holiday Voucher shall entitle the Customer only for a complimentary accommodation (stay only). Any and all expenses incurred by the Customer in realization (e.g. travel, statutory formalities etc.) of the Holiday Voucher shall be borne by the Customer.
- This offer is valid for an individual family use and one voucher can be used at one time only. Two or more Booking Request Forms/Holiday Vouchers cannot be used/ clubbed together in any method (neither by group travelling together for same destination nor by an individual family for continuation of nights with two or more vouchers).
- The Holiday Voucher is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and non-redeemable against cash. Further, the Customer must comply with each and every term/requirement/procedure specified for redeeming the Holiday Voucher; else the Customer shall be disqualified and shall not be entitled to the benefits under this Offer.
- CHPL reserve the right to contact you via any mechanisms, not limited to call/ sms/email/ automated call, related to this offer including receiving of the documents, Destination/ Booking Confirmation etc.
- Any suggestions/complaints related to this offer, discussed on telephone will not be entertained. All suggestions/complaint must be given in writing to voucher@CountrywideHolidays.com.

- All disputes are subject to Delhi Jurisdiction only.
Disclaimer: All complaints or issues related to Holiday Voucher and service shall be raised/ escalated to CHPL without any reference to FRL or BIG BAZAAR. Further BIG BAZAAR or FRL shall not be liable for loss, damages, cost, expenses arising out of non-fulfilment of holiday Vouchers or defective service on the part of CHPL or its affiliates Hotels/ Resorts or any loss or damage to person or property of recipient while availing holiday voucher and service.
