3 Style Kachori Recipe By Varun Inamdar

Ingredients:

For Dough

  • 2 cups Golden Harvest Refined flour
  • 1/2 cup Golden Harvest Semolina
  • 4 tbsp Fresh and Pure Oil
  • Water as required
  • 1 tsp Golden Harvest Salt
For Corn Filling
  • 1.1/2 cups Corn kernel
  • 3 tbsp Golden Harvest Pressed rice/Poha
  • 2 Green chilies
  • 1 tsp Grated ginger
  • 1 tsp Golden Harvest Chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp Golden Harvest Garam masala
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Golden Harvest Salt
  • 2 tbsp Fresh and Pure Oil
  • 1 tsp Golden Harvest Cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Golden Harvest Asafoetida
For peas filling
  • 1 cup Green Peas
  • 1/4 tsp Golden Harvest Red chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp Golden Harvest Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Golden Harvest Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Golden Harvest Fennel powder
  • 1/2 tsp Golden Harvest Chaat masala
  • 1/2 tsp Golden Harvest Amchur powder
  • 1/2 tsp Green Chili-Ginger Paste
  • 1/4 tsp golden Harvest Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Golden Harvest Besan
  • 2 tbsp Fresh and Pure Oil
  • Golden Harvest Salt as required
For sweet&spicy kachori
  • 1/2 cup Papdi Gathiya or Sev
  • 1/2 tbsp Karmiq Date paste
  • 1 tbsp Golden Harvest Tamarind paste
  • 1/4 tsp Golden Harvest Turmeric Powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp Golden Harvest Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Golden Harvest Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 tsp Golden Harvest Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Golden Harvest Fennel Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Karmiq Cashew nuts chopped
  • 2 tbsp Karmiq Raisins
  • 2 tbsp Karmiq Almond chopped
  • 2 tbsp EKTA Jaggery
  • Golden Harvest Salt to taste
