  • Bread sponge
  • 6 Slice bread
  • 100 gm Sugar
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 Lemon
  • 100 ml Orange juice

Apple compote

  • 2 Apple
  • 50 gm Raisins
  • 50 gm Sultanas
  • 50 gm Dates
  • 100 gm Strawberry jam
  • 1 Cinnamon
  • 1 Star anise

Flavored curd

  • 200 gm Hung curd
  • 2 gm Cardamom powder
  • 1 gm Nutmeg powder
  • 50 gm Cashew nuts
  • 50 gm Almond
  • 50 gm Pistachios

Fresh fruit

  • 100 gm Pineapple
  • 50 gm Papaya
  • 50 gm Black grapes
  • 50 gm Pomegranate


  • Cut bread and deep fry it.
  • In another pan add fry bread and sugar. Add orange zest and lemon zest. orenge juice and tosss well and keep aside.
  • Another pan make apple compote. For that take diced apple add jam then cinnamon stick and star anins and cook for a min.
  • In a bowl take hung curd spice pwd add nuts and will well.
  • Now in a glass layer pudding like bread sponge then compote again bread sponge then hung curd mixture top up with fruits.
