Ingredients

For Kadhi

  • 1/2 cup Golden Harvest Besan
  • 2 cups Curd
  • 2 tsp Golden Harvest Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Golden Harvest Salt
  • 2-3 Cups Water
For Tempering
  • 2 tbsp Fresh and Pure Ghee
  • 1 tsp Golden Harvest Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tsp Golden Harvest Methi Seeds
  • 1 tsp Golden Harvest Coriander Seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Golden Harvest Asafoetida
  • 3-4 Golden Harvest Dry Red Chillies
  • 2 tbsp Garlic Chopped
  • 1 tbsp Ginger chopped
  • 1-2 Onion Chopped
  • 1 Tomato Chopped
  • 1 tsp Golden Harvest Red Chilli Powder
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves Chopped
For Methi Pakoda
  • 1/4 cup Tightly Packed Methi Leaves
  • 3/4 cup Golden Harvest Besan
  • Water As Required
  • 1 Small Onion Chopped
  • 2 Green Chilli Chopped
  • 1 tsp Golden Harvest Turmeric powder
  • 1 Pinch Of Baking Soda
  • 1 Pinch Of Golden Harvest Asafoetida
  • 1/2 inch Ginger Finely Chopped
  • Golden Harvest Salt As Required
  • Fresh and Pure Oil For Frying
For Onion Pakoda
  • 2 Medium Sized Onions
  • 1 Cup Golden Harvest Besan
  • 1 to 2 Green Chilies
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Golden Harvest Garam masala Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Golden Harvest Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Golden Harvest Ajwain
  • Fresh And Pure Oil For Frying
  • Water As Required
  • Golden Harvest Salt As Required
For Kumbhaniya Pakoda
  • 1 cup Bhavnagri Mirchi Chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp Ginger Chopped
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Chopped
  • 2 tbsp Spring Onions Chopped
  • 1 cup Golden Harvest Besan
  • Golden Harvest Salt To Taste
  • Water As Required
  • Fresh And Pure Oil For Frying
