Ingredients

  • 3 cups Matar Dana
  • 1 Potato • 2 tbsp Fresh & Pure Ghee
  • Golden Harvest Salt To Taste
  • Golden Harvest Sugar to taste
  • Golden Harvest Jeera
  • Chaat Masala
  • A Pinch Of Lal Namak
  • Golden Harvest Chilli Powder
  • 2 inch Julienned Ginger
  • 2 Julienned Green Chillies
  • 1/2 Lemon 

Method

  • Slice potatoes into pieces
  • Take a pan add 1 cup of Water add 1 tsp of Salt and Sugar
  • Cook and remove from Water
  • Take Ghee in the pan and add sliced Potatoes, kala namak, and roasted jeera powder
  • Put Chat masala, Salt and Sugar
  • Add Hara Matar  
  • Finally, add chopped Hari MirchI and lots of Adrak
  • Add hara dhania - Optional you can add little Sev
