Methi Pithla With Panchguni Bhakri Recipe

Ingredients

For Methi pithla

  • 1 tbsp Fresh and Pure Oil
  • 2 Onion's
  • 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Crushed
  • 1 tsp Golden Harvest Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp Golden Harvest Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Golden Harvest Salt
  • 1/2 cups Methi
  • 1 cups Golden Harvest Besan
For Bhakari
  • 1/4 cup Desi atta Rice flour
  • 1/4 cup Desi atta Nachani flour
  • 1/4 cup Desi atta Jowar flour
  • 1/4 cup Desi atta Bajara flour
  • 1/4 cup Golden Harvest Wheat flour
  • Water
  • A pinch of Golden Harvest Salt
Method
  • In a pan heat oil add Ginger Garlic crushed, chopped Onion and saute properly.
  • Add chopped Methi and saute for a while. Add salt, coriander powder, red chili powder and mix.
  • Till then in a bowl mix Besan and water lump free. Now add it in the pan and cook till this thick and glossy.
  • Serve hot with Bhakari
For Panchguni Bhakari
  • In a pan boil water, put it in a bowl and add all the flours in it with some salt keep aside to cool down.
  • Ones cooled kneed it properly in a soft dough.
  • Take a small amount of it and roll using rice flour and roast it on a flat pan till cooked or golden brown on both sides. Apply ghee on it.
