Restaurant Style Malai Kofta By Chef Varun Inamdar

Ingredients

For Kofta

  • 1 cup Paneer
  • 1/2 cup Yam
  • 1 tsp Golden Harvest Red Chilli Powder
  • 2 tbsp Desi Atta Corn Flour
  • 1 tsp Golden Harvest Garam Masala
  • 1 tbsp Mawa
  • Golden Harvest Salt To Taste
For Gravy
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Chilli Paste
  • 1/4 cup Cashew Nut Paste
  • 1 tsp Golden Harvest Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Golden Harvest Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Golden Harvest Garam Masala
  • Golden Harvest Salt To Taste
  • Water as Required
  • 1 tbsp Golden Harvest Kasuri Methi
  • 1 tsp Golden Harvest Sugar
For Garnish
  • Grated Paneer
  • Fresh Cream
  • Coriander Leaves
Method
  • For Kofta In a bowl add all the ingredients and make a dough out of it.
  • Give it desired shape apply bread crumbs and fry them in oil till golden brown.
For gravy
  • In a pan heat oil add onion, ginger chilli paste, saute properly
  • Now add cashew paste, Turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, salt, sugar, cook till full done
  • Grind it in a fine paste now add kasuri methi and put the Kofta in it and garnish with grated paneer, fresh cream, coriander leaves serve hot.
