Savoury Banana2 Ways Recipe By Archana Arte

For Banana Flower Sabzi

  • 1 Kelful/Banana Blossom
  • 2 Onions
  • 4 Green Chillies
  • 1 tsp Golden Harvest Tumeric Powder
  • 1/2 cup Grated Coconut
  • Golden Harvest Salt To Taste
  • 1 tbsp Fresh & Pure Oil
For Banana Flower Crisp
  • 2-3 Raw Bananas
  • Golden Harvest Salt To Taste
  • 1 tsp Golden Harvest Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/4 cup Desi Atta Rice Flour
  • 1/4 cup Golden Harvest Semolina
Method
  • Firstly clean and then chop the kelful and keep it aside.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and add chopped onion, chilli, turmeric powder and sauté it well. Now add the chopped kelful in it and let it cook, then add salt and coconut mix properly.
  • Enjoy with roti, rice, etc.
For Keli kaap
  • Firstly peel and cut the kela and keep it aside.
  • In a bowl add rice flour, semolina, red chilli powder, salt and mix it well.
  • Coat the Kela in this mixture and pan fry it until turns golden brown on both the sides. Enjoy it when it is warm.
