Shahi Tukda Cake

Ingredents

For Rabdi

  • 1 ltr Milk
  • 1 cup Condensed Milk
  • 1/2 cup Mawa
  • 1 tsp Golden Harvest Cardamom powder

For bread layer

  • 8-10 Bread Slices
  • Fresh and Pure Ghee for frying

For assembling cake

  • 1 cup Mango Juice
  • 1 cup Strawberry
  • 1/2 cup Mera Swad Gulkand
  • Few Mint Leaves
  • 1 tbsp Charoli

Method

  • In a sauce pan, add milk and bring it to a boil, now add the Condensed Milk, Mawa and cook till it thickens and add Cardamom powder and switch off the flame.
  • In a pan, add Ghee and let it heat. Fry the bread till it turns golden brown and crispy.
  • Take the fried bread and dip it in the juice and keep it in a mould then add some Rabdi on it, chopped Strawberry and a little Gulkand on it and repeat the process.
  • The last layer should be of the Rabdi and bake it at 180°© for about 15-20 mins and let it cool completely before garnishing it with more Strawberries, Mint and Charoli. Serve it hot or cold.
