Spinach Dal Dhokli Recipe By Varun Inamdar

For Dhokli

  • 1 cup Desi Atta Spinach Wheat Flour
  • 1 tsp Golden Harvest Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Golden Harvest Red Chilli Powder
  • Golden Harvest Salt To Taste
  • Water as Required
For Dal
  • 1 1/2 cup Punch Dal
  • 2 tbsp Fresh & Pure Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Golden Harvest Hing
  • 10-12 Curry Leaves
  • 1 tsp Golden Harvest Mustard Seeds
  • 1 tsp Golden Harvest Cumin Seeds
  • 2 Golden Harvest Dried Red Chillies
  • 2 tbsp Peanuts
  • 1 tsp Golden Harvest Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Golden Harvest Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Golden Harvest Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Golden Harvest Sugar
  • Golden Harvest Salt To Taste
  • Water as Required
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves
Method:

For Dal
  • Heat a pan add Oil, Mustard Seed, Cumin Seed, Red Chillies, Hing. Tumeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Boiled Dal, Water, Salt, Peanut and stir it
  • Heat a pan add Oil, Mustard Seed, Cumin Seed, Red Chillies, Hing. Tumeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Boiled Dal, Water, Salt, Peanut and stir it well.
  • In a Bowl add Spinach Wheat Flour, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Oil and water and form a dough.
  • Boil water in pan and add salt to it.
  • Roll out the dough and cut it dhokli and add it to boiling water.
  • Once Cooked serve Dhokli and Dal together.well.
  • In a Bowl Spinach Wheat Flour, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Oil and water and form a dough.
  • Boil water in pan and add salt to it.
  • Roll out the dough and cut it and add it to boiling water.
  • Once Cooked serve Dhokli and Dal together.
