Take the boiled potatoes and scoop the flesh out and keep it aside.
In a pan heat oil add jeera then chopped palak, corn, peas and the scooped out flesh of the potatoes, salt and mix well.
Now put this filling in the holed potatoes and fry them in a pan and keep it aside.
In a kadhai add oil let it heat, till then mix curd, besan, garam masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, sugar and water in a bowl, then add it in the pan and let it boil for sometime.
Then put the potatoes in and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
Serve hot with rice and roti.
