Upvas Ki Thali By Archana Arte

For Grated Potato

  • 3-4 Grated potatoes
  • 1 tsp Golden Harvest Jeera
  • 2-3 Green chillies
  • Golden Harvest Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Fresh and Pure Ghee
  • 1/4 cup Grated coconut Water
For Peanut Curry
  • 1/2 cup Golden Harvest Crushed groundnut
  • 2-3 Green chillies
  • 1 tsp Golden Harvest Jeera
  • Golden Harvest Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Fresh and Pure Ghee
  • Water
For Rajgira Puri
  • 1 cup Desi atta Rajgira flour
  • 1 tsp Golden Harvest Jeera powder
  • 1 tbsp Fresh and Pure Oil
  • Golden Harvest Salt to taste
  • Water
  • 1 tbsp chrushed green chillies
Method

For Potato Kees
  • Firstly peel and grate the potatoes and keep them in water to avoid it from turning black.
  • Now heat ghee in a pan and add jeera. Let it crackle then add the chopped chillies and saute it for a while.
  • Then add the grated potatoes and sprinkle some water and cover it to cook properly.
  • Once cooked add salt, grated coconut and mix it well. Enjoy it with fresh curd.
For Shengdana aamti
  • Heat ghee in a pan and add jeera let it crackle, then add the chopped chillies and saute it for a while.
  • Then add fine crushed groundnuts, salt and mix well, put some water and let it simmer for a minute or so. Serve hot.
