KUTTU KI KADHI

INGREDIENTS 

  • For Pakoda
  • 1 cup Kuttu flour
  • 1 medium Potato
  • For Kadhi
  • 1 cup - Kuttu flour 
  • 2 tsp - Oil 
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seed 
  • 2 tsp - Green chillies 
  • ¼ cup Curd
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

METHOD

  • Make a batter of Kuttu flour, add cut Potato cubes and deep fry.
  • Take a bowl, add kuttu flour and curd, and beat well.
  • Heat oil, add Cumin seed, Green chillies, and the mixed curd flour mix.
  • Simmer on a slow flame for few minutes. Serve hot with fried potatoes.
