BESAN PAKORA

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cup - Besan Pakora Mix 
  • 200 gms - Onion   
  • 1 Sprig - Coriander

METHOD

  • Add 1/2 cup of water to 1 cup of Besan Pakora Mix and prepare a smooth batter. Add sliced onion and chopped fresh coriander leaves to the batter. Mix and leave aside.
  • Pour oil in a kadai and heat the oil. Deep fry the pakoras till golden brown in color on medium flame.
  • Serve hot with chutney or tomato sauce. (Add your twist and replace onions with potato / banana / capsicum / cabbage / brinjal / paneer).
