KHAMAN DHOKLA

Ingredients - - 1 Khaman Mix - Water - Taste Maker - Oil - Mustard Seeds - Green Chillies - Curry Leaves - Coconut Method - - In a bowl, pour Khaman mix and add adequate water and beat the mixture. - Add taste maker and stir it well. - Put oil on the steamer pan and pour the khaman mix on it. - Steam it for 10 mins and let it rest. - In a frying pan, take oil, curry leaves, green chillies and sizzle it for a while. - Cut the dhokla in square shape and top it with tadka.
